A spy has crept in among the people of the court, and the realm's secrets have begun flowing toward foreign ears. The Chancellery has caught only the end of the thread; the whole skein is still in someone's hands. Before you, one by one, will stand Grigore the Cupbearer, Balasa the Seamstress, Teofil the Chronicler, Countess Velica de Arin and Captain Vlaicu. Rumor walks the deed through every corner: the throne room, the queen's garden, the tourney field, the old chapel and the hunting lodge. A sharp eye is not enough here — it takes an archivist's patience: fit everything together, then pronounce your verdict.
